Questions.
What TSAI is, what it costs, and how it compares to working with Steve directly.
About the AI
Am I talking to a real person?
No. TSAI is an AI coach trained on The Solutionist Agenda's problem-solving frameworks. Every session is machine generated. Steve is a real person, and working with him directly is a separate offering on the Principal plan.
Is the voice and the avatar real?
No. The voice is synthesised and the on-screen face is a generated video avatar. Neither is a recording of a real person, and neither is Steve. They exist to make a spoken conversation feel natural, not to imply a human is present.
How does the AI remember me?
It keeps a summary of your past sessions and what matters in your situation, so you are not starting over each time. That memory belongs to your account, is used only to coach you, and disappears when you delete your account.
Can it be wrong?
Yes. It is an AI and it can be confidently mistaken, miss context you have not given it, or misread your situation. Treat what it says as a thinking partner rather than an authority, and check anything that carries real consequences.
Is this therapy, legal advice, or financial advice?
No, and it should not be used as a substitute for any of them. TSAI is a coaching and problem-solving tool. If you need clinical, legal, or financial help, speak to a qualified professional in that field.
What if I am in crisis?
Please stop using the app and contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away. TSAI is not a crisis service, it is not monitored by a human, and no one is reading your session to notice that you need help.
Privacy and data
What do you collect?
Your account details, which are your name, email, and anything you add to your profile. What you write and say in sessions, along with any documents you upload. Billing records held by our payment processor. And basic usage analytics such as pages viewed and buttons clicked, which are not tied to the content of your sessions.
Who can see my sessions?
Only you. Not Steve, not our support team, not anyone administering the platform. There is no feature anywhere in the product that shows one person another person's sessions.
Do you sell my data or share it with advertisers?
No. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run advertising tracking on the site.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your sessions are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Your conversation is sent to our AI providers so they can generate a reply, under terms that prohibit them from training on it.
Where is my data stored, and which countries process it?
Your account and session data sits in our managed Postgres database hosted in Singapore. The site is served from a global content network, so a request may be handled in a region near you. Our AI, voice, avatar, and email providers process data in the United States. Enterprise clients with specific residency requirements should raise this during their application.
Is it encrypted?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and encrypted at rest in the database and in file storage.
How long do you keep it?
Your sessions and profile are kept for as long as your account is open, because that memory is what makes the coaching useful. Delete a session and it goes immediately. Delete your account and everything tied to it goes with it. Anonymous site analytics are kept for 180 days and then removed automatically. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights and controls
How do I access or export my data?
Your sessions are readable in your dashboard at any time. For a full copy of everything we hold, email us from your account address and we will send it within 30 days.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile in your dashboard and use Delete account. It removes your sessions, your coaching history, your uploads, and everything the AI has remembered about you. It cannot be undone, and it also cancels any active subscription.
How do I correct my profile?
Edit it in Profile in your dashboard. Name, email, and the details you have added can all be changed there.
How do I withdraw consent?
Personalisation is a toggle in Profile. Turn it off and the AI stops keeping memory between sessions and stops using your history to shape replies. Existing memory is cleared when you do. Deleting your account withdraws consent entirely.
What rights do I have where I live?
If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and a right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the ICO at ico.org.uk. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you rights of access, deletion, correction, and to opt out of sale, though we do not sell personal data. Exercise any of these by emailing us from your account address.
Human coaching with Steve
Can Steve see my AI sessions?
No. There is no mechanism for it. Even when you book time with Steve, he arrives with only what you choose to tell him in that conversation.
How do I turn sharing on or off?
There is nothing to turn off, because nothing is shared. If you want Steve to have context before a session, send it to him yourself.
What exactly is shared when I book a session?
Your name, your email, and the time you booked, so the session can be scheduled and a calendar invitation sent. Nothing from your AI sessions goes with it.
Employer and enterprise accounts
Can my employer see my sessions?
No. On Enterprise accounts an administrator manages who has a seat and can see billing, but cannot open or read anyone's sessions. That is deliberate and it is not configurable.
What does my employer actually see?
Who holds a seat, whether a seat is being used, and the invoice. Not your conversations, not your topics, not your summaries.
Who owns the data?
Your session content is yours. Your employer owns the account relationship and the billing, not what you said inside a session. If you leave and your seat is removed, your session content is deleted with your access rather than handed over.
Billing
How does the free trial work?
You start a paid plan with a trial period and full access from the first minute. You give card details when you start it, and nothing is taken until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
When am I charged?
On the day your trial ends, and then on the same date each month or each year depending on the billing period you chose. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard and cancel there. It takes a moment and needs no email or phone call. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Will I get a reminder before I am charged?
Yes. We email you before a trial converts to a paid plan, so the first charge is never a surprise.
What is your refund policy?
Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. After that, if something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out. We would rather refund someone than keep money from a person who is not getting value.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, from Billing in your dashboard. An upgrade takes effect immediately with the difference charged pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so nothing is lost mid-period.
Security and trust
How do you protect my data?
Encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level access rules in the database so one account cannot reach another's data. Access to production limited to those who need it. Payment card details never touch our servers, they go directly to Stripe.
What happens if there is a breach?
We investigate immediately, close the cause, and tell affected users along with the relevant regulator within the time the law requires, which is 72 hours under UK and EU rules. We will tell you what was accessed and what to do about it, rather than issue a vague notice.
Do you have security certifications?
Not yet. We are a small team and we have not completed SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Our infrastructure providers, Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe, hold their own certifications, but we will not claim theirs as ours. If your procurement process requires a formal audit, tell us during an Enterprise application and we will be straight with you about where we are.
